The Whole Process, Step By Step
Scheduling Your Visit
To book your first visit with us, simply give us a call or request an appointment.
When You Arrive
Once you step through our doors on the day of your visit, you’ll be greeted by the friendly faces at our front desk. Make sure to arrive a little earlier so you have time to fill out your forms and get comfortable in our waiting room.
During Your Appointment
At your first appointment (and in every visit after that), our team will go the extra mile to help you feel warm, welcomed, and right at home.
- We’ll get started by capturing all of the necessary X-rays and intraoral photographs.
- We’ll perform in-depth periodontal charting and a visual examination. This helps our dentists understand your smile goals and concerns.
- Dr. De Vincenzo or Dr. Saremi will then work with you to formulate the ideal treatment plan for you.
- Lastly, our skilled hygienist can also provide a professional cleaning during this first visit so that you leave with your smile feeling fresh and sparkling.
We Can Help Ease Your Dental Anxiety
Being anxious or afraid of visiting the dentist is normal and understandable, especially if it’s your first time or you’ve had a bad experience in the past. Let us know how you’re feeling so we can help ease your mind.

Our Financial Information
We accept most major PPO plans and we take care of all the heavy lifting for you. That includes filing paperwork, following up on claims, and helping you maximize your benefits.
And if you don’t have insurance or the treatment you want isn’t covered, we can still help your smile! We offer flexible, low-interest financing and we also run specials for new patients and for some individual services like Invisalign and dental implants. For more information, give us a call!
