The Wise Choice To Prevent Problems

Smooth, Safe, and Simple Removals

For many teens and young adults, the arrival of wisdom teeth is more than just a rite of passage; it’s a risk to their oral health. Whether you are feeling the first signs of pressure or simply want to stay ahead of the problem, Cimarron Family Dentistry provides a safe, comfortable path to relief. We help you avoid painful impaction and overcrowding so your smile stays healthy and straight.

WHY CHOOSE CIMARRON FAMILY DENTISTRY FOR WISDOM TEETH EXTRACTIONS?

Don't Let "New" Teeth Ruin Your Smile

Most mouths simply don’t have the room to accommodate a third set of molars. When these teeth try to squeeze in, they can push your existing teeth out of alignment, undoing years of expensive orthodontic work, or worse, causing it.

During your regular checkups and cleanings, our digital X-rays let us see what the naked eye can’t, and when the times comes to have the conversation about removing your wisdom teeth, we’re ready. Dr. Saremi and Dr. De Vincenzo take an in-depth look at how your roots have formed and plan accordingly, meaning a less invasive procedure and quicker healing.

Your Recovery, Made Simple

We will walk you through every detail of your aftercare before you leave our office, so you never have to guess what to do next. But to help you plan ahead, here are a few simple ways you can help your body bounce back faster at home.

  • Take it Easy: Give yourself permission to rest for the first 24 hours. Keep your head elevated with pillows to reduce swelling and let your body focus on healing.

  • Stick to Soft Foods: Stock up on yogurt, smoothies, and mashed potatoes. Treat yourself to cool, soft foods that are easy to eat and soothing for your mouth.

  • Skip the Straw: Suction can disrupt the healing process, so it is best to drink directly from the cup for the first few days to avoid complications. It may feel a little strange at first, and that’s normal.

  • Manage Swelling: Applying an ice pack to your cheek in short intervals can work wonders for your comfort and help bring any swelling down quickly.

Let's Prevent The Pain And Plan Ahead

Whether your last checkup brought up the conversation about wisdom teeth removal, or you’re starting to feel a slight pressure, we’re here to help.

Give us a call to schedule your consultation, and we’ll talk you through what to expect and your next steps forward to protect your smile.
